The Connecticut Pastel Society is a statewide fine arts organization with a national outreach. CPS© programs are funded and run by artists and their affiliates intent on increasing awareness of pastel as a fine art medium.  The CPS© organization now has a tax-exempt status and is therefore eligible to receive tax-deductible charitable contributions.

From the CPS Board

The next CPS Board meeting will be held via Zoom meeting software on Monday, Sept 14, 2026 at 7:00 pm. Contact CPS if you would like to attend; all members are always welcome.

CPS is now able to offer scholarships to pastelists wishing to attend a workshop from our offerings. Please see the Scholarships page.
